We're open every day from 8 AM to 10 PM. One thing to know before your first IV with us: a licensed provider approves your drip on a short video visit first. Here's how it all works.

The $26.99 Video Visit
Texas has its own law for elective IV therapy. Before your first drip with us, a licensed provider meets you on a short video call, reviews your health history, and approves your drip.
We text you the link as soon as you book. Do it right away, because your nurse can't start your IV until the provider has approved it.
Coming back for another drip? You only redo it when it expires after a year, your health history changes, or you want a drip your last visit didn't cover.

Five Things That Make Booking Quick
- Date of birth, email, and a mobile number. The video visit link comes to your phone by text.
- The exact address. Include the unit, gate code, or parking garage, especially downtown and in big complexes.
- A photo ID. Every guest getting a drip needs to be 18 or older.
- Your medications and allergies. The provider and your nurse both ask, so have the list handy.
- Your add-on, decided. NAD+ or a different drip has to be approved by the provider, so choose before your nurse heads over.
When to Book
- Same day. Possible whenever a nurse is free between 8 AM and 10 PM.
- Tonight, and it's your first drip. Online booking closes at 9 PM, and your video visit has to finish by then.
- After 10 PM. Sometimes possible by arrangement, with a $50 after-hours fee.
- ACL, SXSW, race weekend, game days. Book a few days out if you can. Those mornings go first.
Know the Total Before We Come
- Your drip: $185 to $450, per person. Your nurse, the supplies, and travel within 15 miles of downtown Austin are included.
- Video visit: $26.99, before your first drip.
- Only if they apply: $50 for visits that start after 10 PM and $75 to set up a group of five or more.
- Groups: 10% off drips at five people, 15% at seven, 20% at ten or more.
Booking Questions
How much is the video visit, and how does it work?
It's $26.99. After you book, we text you a link. Open it on your phone and meet the provider by video. Do it as soon as the link arrives, because your nurse can't start your IV until the provider approves it.
How late can I do the video visit?
Video visits need to wrap up by 9 PM, and online booking closes at 9 PM.
Do I need a video visit every time?
No. Returning guests redo it only when it expires after a year, when their health history changes (like a new medication or a new diagnosis), or when they want a drip their last visit didn't cover.
How soon can a nurse get to me?
It depends on the day and where you are. Same-day visits work when a nurse is free. For ACL, SXSW, and race weekend at COTA, book a few days ahead.
Can you come to my hotel or rental?
Yes. Hotel rooms, short-term rentals, homes, offices, and private events all work. Let the front desk know you're expecting a visitor, and send us any gate code or parking details.
