Seven Days, 8 AM to 10 PM
- Same hours every day. Saturday morning after a big Friday counts the same as a Tuesday afternoon.
- First drip tonight? Online booking closes at 9 PM, and your video visit with the provider has to finish by then.
- After 10 PM. Late starts can sometimes be arranged for a $50 after-hours fee. Ask when you book.
- Big weekends. ACL, SXSW, race weekend at COTA, and Longhorns home games are when everyone wants the same morning slot. Book those ahead.
What Happens, Start to Finish
Step 1You Book
Online, or by call or text. Pick your drip, any NAD+ add-on, and where we're headed. Keep your date of birth, email, and mobile number handy.
Step 2A Short Video Visit
We text you a link. A licensed provider reviews your health history and approves your drip. It's $26.99, before your first IV. Returning guests redo it only when it expires after a year, their health history changes, or they want a drip their last visit didn't cover.
Step 3Your Nurse Arrives
A registered nurse checks your photo ID, takes your vitals, and makes sure the drip matches what the provider approved. Want something different? The provider has to OK the change first.
Step 4You Relax
Most drips take about an hour. Your nurse stays with you the whole time, removes the IV, and packs out all the medical waste.
A Few Things That Help
- Gate codes and parking. Send the unit number, gate code, or garage level. Downtown buildings and big apartment complexes are easy with directions and slow without them.
- Hotel rooms. Tell the front desk you're expecting a visitor, or meet your nurse in the lobby.
- Photo ID. Everyone getting a drip needs to be 18 or older.
- Your health history. Medications, allergies, pregnancy, and conditions like heart or kidney disease go to the provider and your nurse.
- A comfortable seat. A couch or a bed works fine. You'll be there about an hour.
