Service Terms

Effective Date: October 10, 2026

These terms apply every time you book or receive a service from The Drip Lab in Texas. By booking, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle your information, and the Patient Consent you sign before treatment covers the clinical details. If anything here conflicts with a signed Patient Consent or membership agreement, the signed document controls.

1. Who we are and what we provide

These terms are an agreement between you and Entwistle Drip Lab Medical PLLC, doing business as The Drip Lab ("The Drip Lab," "we," "us"). The Drip Lab TX LLC (the "Management Company") provides non-clinical business services to us, including this website.

We provide mobile IV hydration, vitamin and nutrient infusions including NAD+, and intramuscular injections at your home, hotel, short-term rental, office, or event location in the Austin area. Before your first treatment, a licensed provider examines you by live telehealth video and decides whether treatment is right for you. If it is, the provider writes an order for you. Every treatment is given by a licensed Registered Nurse under the supervision of a Texas-licensed physician, following that order.

Our services are elective wellness services. They support normal hydration and nutrient levels. They do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

2. Who can book

You must be 18 or older to book and receive services. Booking for someone else means you confirm they are 18 or older, they have agreed to these terms, and they will complete their own telehealth exam and Patient Consent before treatment.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for anyone who does not meet our clinical screening criteria, who appears intoxicated or impaired, who provides inaccurate health information, or whose location is not safe for treatment.

3. Booking and scheduling

4. Pricing, fees, and deposits

Our menu price covers the nurse, the drip, and the supplies. Travel within 15 miles of downtown Austin is included. Each patient also needs a current provider exam, and two fees can apply. These are the fees listed on our menu:

The exam fee is charged when your exam is completed, and it isn't refunded after that, even if the provider decides a drip isn't right for you or you cancel afterward. We pay the exam service for every completed exam.

Prices, add-ons, and promotions can change. Your appointment is charged at the menu price in effect when you book, plus the exam fee if you need one and any add-on you book.

We may require a deposit to hold an appointment. A deposit applies to your total at checkout and is handled under the cancellation policy in Section 5. Payment for the balance is due at the time of service. Gratuity is optional and goes to your nurse.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows

Plans change, and we work around them when we can. Please give us at least four hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation with less than four hours' notice, or a no-show, forfeits your deposit. If no deposit was collected, a $50 late-cancellation fee applies and is charged to the payment method on file.

If you are not at the address when your nurse arrives, we will call and text you. After 15 minutes with no response the visit is treated as a no-show. If you are running late, tell us before the appointment time and we will do our best to hold the slot.

If we have to cancel or move your appointment, we will tell you as soon as we know, and any deposit you paid will be refunded in full or applied to the new time, your choice.

6. Refunds

Completed services are non-refundable. If your nurse stops a treatment for a safety reason before it is complete, we will refund or credit the unused portion. If we cannot provide a service you paid for, you receive a full refund. Section 4 covers the exam fee. Refund requests go to info@thedriplabtx.com and are reviewed within five business days.

Before disputing a charge with your card issuer, contact us so we can resolve it directly.

7. Before your nurse arrives

8. During and after treatment

Your nurse can give only what is on your order. Adding or changing a drip or add-on at your appointment needs a new or updated order from the provider first. Any medication on your order is given only when clinically appropriate. Follow the aftercare instructions your nurse gives you. If you have a reaction after the nurse leaves, call us at (512) 765-3335. If it is serious, call 911 first.

9. Memberships, promotions, and gift cards

We don't offer memberships or subscriptions in Texas yet. If we start, each one will be governed by the Texas membership agreement you sign at enrollment. Promotional offers have their own stated conditions, cannot be combined unless we say so, and can end without notice. Gift cards and prepaid packages are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires.

10. Communications

By booking, you agree to receive appointment texts and emails, including confirmations, reminders, exam links, arrival updates, intake links, and receipts. Marketing messages are opt-in, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number and text consent.

11. Assumption of risk and release

IV and intramuscular therapies are invasive procedures with inherent risks, including pain, bruising, swelling, infiltration, infection, allergic reaction, dizziness or fainting, nausea, flushing, chest or abdominal tightness (particularly with NAD+), and interactions with medications or undisclosed conditions. The Patient Consent lists them in full. You choose these services voluntarily, knowing those risks, and you assume them.

To the fullest extent Texas law allows, you release The Drip Lab, the Management Company, our supervising physician, and our nurses, contractors, and staff from claims arising out of those risks or out of ordinary negligence in providing the services. This release does not cover gross negligence, recklessness, willful misconduct, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be released.

12. Limitation of liability

Except for liability that cannot be limited by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Your responsibilities to us

You agree to cover claims brought against us by third parties that result from inaccurate health information you provided, from your conduct during a visit, or from the conditions at your location. Our nurses may leave any location where they feel unsafe, and the visit is then treated as a no-show under Section 5.

14. Disputes

If you have a problem, tell us first. Write to info@thedriplabtx.com describing the issue and what you are asking for, and we will work with you in good faith for 30 days.

These terms are governed by Texas law. For any matter properly heard in court, the state and federal courts in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time you book is the version that applies to that booking.
