How Mobile IV Works in Austin
Pick a drip, get it approved on a video call, then let a registered nurse take it from there at your place. Below is every step, the Texas one included, plus the small stuff that makes the day go smoothly.
Your first drip starts with a $26.99 video visit. By booking, you agree to our Service Terms.

Four Steps, One Couch
Step 1Choose
Book online, or call or text us. Settle on the drip and any NAD+ add-on now, because your choice is exactly what the provider will review.
Step 2Get Approved
A text lands with a link to the $26.99 video visit. A licensed provider goes over your history with you and approves the drip. No approval means no IV, so open that link right away.
Step 3Open the Door
A registered nurse arrives carrying everything the visit needs. You'll show a photo ID and get your vitals taken, and the nurse lines up the bag with the approval before the IV goes in.
Step 4Settle In
Your nurse is with you from the first drop to the last. At the end the IV comes out, and every needle and scrap of tubing leaves with the nurse.
The Video Visit, Explained
Texas has its own law for elective IV therapy. With us, your first drip starts with one extra step: a video visit with a licensed provider. It costs $26.99, and we text the link to your phone once you've booked.
On the call, the provider asks about your health and the drip you picked, then decides whether to approve it. A few drips carry extra screening questions. The Hangover Reset and The Immunity both do, and The Hype runs slowly on purpose. You'll find the details with each drip.
An approval belongs to one person. It's based on that guest's own history, so it can't be shared. In a group, every guest does a separate video visit, even when everyone's on the same couch. More on that on our group page.
Your nurse gives only what was approved. Decide at the door that you'd rather have The Myers Cocktail, or that you want NAD+ added, and the provider has to sign off on that change first. Locking in your full order while you book saves a wait. NAD+ sizes and prices are on the menu.
What Your Nurse Checks First
- Who you are. A look at your photo ID confirms you're 18 or older and the guest the provider approved.
- Your vitals. These get checked before anything else happens.
- The bag in hand. It has to match the approval. If it doesn't, it doesn't get hung.
- How things look right now. Your nurse's own judgment counts too, and the visit goes ahead only when your nurse is comfortable with it.
Then comes a quick pinch, and you can lean back. Want nothing in the bag except fluids? That drip is The Baseline.
Towers, Garages, and Gate Codes
The walk from the curb to your door is where a little planning helps most. A minute of directions keeps the clock on your drip instead of the elevator.
- Downtown towers. Plenty of high-rises lock their elevators behind a key fob. Plan to come down and meet your nurse in the lobby.
- Hotels. Let the front desk know a nurse is on the way up to your room, or wait downstairs and ride up together.
- Garages. If parking is in a garage, text the level and the elevator bank that reaches your floor.
- Rentals. Rental houses in East Austin, Travis Heights, and around Zilker often hide behind a gate, a lockbox, or a side entrance. Text the code and a landmark.
- Big complexes. Give the building number as well as the unit.

When a Drip Isn't the Answer
A drip supports hydration and normal nutrient levels. It isn't a treatment for illness, and we don't promise how you'll feel afterward.
If you're sick, or something about your health worries you, see a doctor first. If you're pregnant or managing a condition like heart or kidney disease, ask your own doctor before you book, and tell the provider on the video visit too.
Chest pain, trouble breathing, or feeling faint means calling 911 right now. Don't wait for a nurse.
More About the Visit
What will the provider ask me on the video visit?
Expect questions about your health history: medicines you take, allergies, whether you could be pregnant, and conditions such as heart, kidney, or liver disease. A couple of drips come with extra questions of their own. The Hangover Reset is one, and its page covers them.
Does my nurse stay for the whole drip?
Yes. Once your IV is in, your nurse doesn't leave until the bag is finished and the IV is out again.
Where do the needles and tubing go afterward?
Out the door with your nurse. Needles, tubing, empty bags, and wrappers all leave with them, so nothing medical ends up in your trash or the hotel's.
Is the video visit the same as seeing my own doctor?
No. The provider's job on that call is to look at your history and decide on your drip. For anything else going on with your health, check in with your own doctor.
